Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using FSM.TEAM as an operational platform for dispatch, drivers, customers, and connected business workflows.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FSM.TEAM, including the web application, operational tools, APIs, and related services we make available to your organization.
By creating an account, signing in, or using the service on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and organization access
Accounts may be created for administrators, office staff, drivers, and other authorized users connected to a business workspace.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and ensuring that users only access the workspaces and data they are authorized to use.
3. Service description
FSM.TEAM is a field service management platform designed to support dispatch operations, driver coordination, customer intake, live tracking, communication, and related workflow management.
We may add, change, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time as part of operating, maintaining, or securing the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content, customer information, images, and operational data submitted by your organization or its users.
5. Data and customer information
Your organization retains responsibility for the data it submits to FSM.TEAM, including customer contact details, location information, job data, uploaded images, and communications.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to collect, use, and share that data with FSM.TEAM for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.
6. APIs and integrations
If your organization uses APIs, webhooks, or integrations, you are responsible for keeping keys and credentials secure and for ensuring that connected systems behave lawfully and safely.
We may apply usage limits, authentication controls, or other safeguards to protect the reliability and security of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
FSM.TEAM and all related software, visual elements, workflows, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
Subject to these terms, we grant your organization a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the service for its internal business operations.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that the service will always be free from delays, downtime, or defects.
Maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party outages, and security responses may affect availability from time to time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as available and as provided basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, a security issue, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or a breach of these terms.
Your organization may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted unless another effective date is stated.
Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means your organization accepts the revised terms.
12. Contact
If you need contractual, compliance, or support assistance relating to these terms, contact the team that provisioned your FSM.TEAM workspace or your normal support channel.
